Local, Domestic, & International Missions
Joining Together
To bring the hope of Jesus to our neighbors and to the nations.
Our Mission & Vision
Mission Statement
Grafted Church Missions exist to “join together” by bringing the hope of Jesus to our neighbors and to the nations. Through building genuine relationships, meeting practical needs, and sharing the hope of the Gospel, we seek to love God by loving others and making disciples who know and follow Jesus in every community we reach.
Vision Statement
Seeing a world transformed where every community, from our own neighborhoods to the nations, encounters the Gospel. We pray for those who call Grafted home, to actively participate in God’s mission to love, serve, and disciple for His glory.
